Your first thought must be—Is that a cabbage…? And we are here to clear the air, yes it’s a cabbage plant! Except this cabbage is farmed for floristry and not for your dinner plate! 😉

So don’t try eating it if you received it in a bunch—there may be texture, but there won’t be much taste.. hahaha!

Seen here is a bunch of another type of Brassica, it’s smaller and more adorable!

Although Brassicas do not look like the common flowers we see in bouquets, they are equally gorgeous, and they definitely steal the show when placed alongside other flowers. Plus, Brassicas are generally ultra sturdy, and can last longer than most other flowers! How beautiful 💚
