It’s been a year since our Assistant Marketing Manager, Linda, joined the Happy Bunch family and took up the title of Little Miss Jolly! 💖 How time flies!
Here’s a little message from Linda on her 1st year journey with us:
It’s been a year, how time flies! A year ago, I remember being nervous as I started my first day at Happy Bunch. I had no prior experience with flowers before. It was a leap of faith to accept a role that’s out of my comfort zone, and I am so glad I did it.
Life in Happy Bunch is not all rainbows and sunshine (although it’s definitely filled with roses). While we celebrate little wins here and there, we also went through tough times. There were times when I felt burnt out and wanted to give up, but Minnie, our Country Manager, was so patient and gentle with me, and gave me all the encouragement to push forward. It was a blessing, working with her.
A year on, I am at the stage where I am comfortable with what I am doing at Happy Bunch. Still, some people say no great success comes from being in your comfort zone, so now I am pushing myself again and exploring other areas of the role so that I can keep growing as a person, which will in turn contribute to the growth of the company.
